The work shall include design detailing, 3D modelling, material selection, fabrication, finishing, transportation, and installation complete in all respects as per the approved concept and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.Material: Each mural shall be crafted using a combination of IOS-certified fire-retardant resin fiber (FRP), cementitious material, and metal reinforcement frame (MS, SS as approved) to provide structural strength, dimensional stability, and long-term weather resistance. Joints shall be filled with non-shrink polymer grout and aligned to ensure smooth continuity. Lamp Fixture Design & Construction: •Each pole shall be provided with two (2) decorative lamp heads, symmetrically mounted on top or on twin curved arms. •Each lamp head shall be of heritage, classical design, made of die-cast aluminium body, and fitted with integrated LED lighting unit of 25–30 W per head (total 50 W per pole). •Diffuser glass shall be made of frosted, toughened glass panels for uniform light diffusion and glare-free illumination. •Lamp heads shall have removable covers for easy maintenance access and cleaning. 2. Finish & Protection: •All external metal surfaces shall be coated with UV-protected, weatherproof polyurethane (PU) paint in antique bronze or approved shade, ensuring long-term outdoor durability and resistance to fading, cracking, or corrosion. •Internal metallic parts (arms, brackets) shall be galvanized and epoxy-primed before PU topcoat application. 3. Mounting & Foundation: •The lamp post shall be mounted on a reinforced concrete block foundation of minimum 0.45 m × 0.45 m × 0.60 m depth, cast in RCC (1:2:4) mix, with anchor bolts embedded during casting. •Anchor bolts and nuts shall be galvanized steel, conforming to IS 1367 (Part 3) standards. •Proper vertical alignment and levelling shall be ensured during erection. •Final connection to the electrical supply line shall include MCB protection at pole base. 6. Sculpture Construction: The sculpture shall be made of IOS-grade fireproof resin fibre-reinforced composite (FRP) material, conforming to IS 6746 fire-retardant standards, suitable for long-term outdoor exposure. The FRP shall possess high mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and weather resistance, ensuring durability under sunlight, moisture, and temperature variations. 2. Internal Structure: The internal skeleton shall consist of MS (Mild Steel) framing of minimum 25 mm × 25 mm × 3 mm square hollow sections, fabricated and welded per design to provide adequate rigidity, alignment, and resistance to wind load and handling stresses. 3.
