Providing and laying 25 mm thick av. compacted Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete (Grading-II) using VG-30 grade Bitumen and crusher broken hard granite aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.0 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paverfinisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause No.501, 508 and section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (Latest Revision)

Providing and laying 25 mm thick Mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in Table 500-39, prepared by using Mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10cm c/c in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of the surface is not less than 1000C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface all complete as per clause No.516 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (Latest Revision)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.

Providing and fixing of bidirectional retro reflective raised pavement markers of approved colour, quality and make conforming to ASTM D-4280 made from injection moulded high impact polymer including cleaning, preparation of surface and fixing at position with approved quality adhesives including cost of all materials, labour, tranportation, taxes, duties, sundries t&P etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charage.

Providing and errecting direction and place identification retro reflective sign as per IRC 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting as per clause no 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2m thick with area exceeding 0.9sqm supported on a mild steel angle Iron post 75x75x6mm , 2nos firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade of concrete 45x45x60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. - Informatory Sign-800 mmx600 mm
