WBM GRADING-3 laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth well roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening binding materials to fill-up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading-3 as per Technical specification clause 405 by Mechanical Means including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing applying and laying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor as the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as jper the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing and laying 25mm thick bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type HMP proddudcing an average out put of 75mt/hr.using crushed aggregate of specified grading ,premixed with bituminous binder 5.4 to 5.6% of mix, zycotherm @ 0.10% of weight of bitumen binder and filler transporting the Hot mix to work site laying with a hydostic paver finisher with sensor controll to the required grade,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired com pection as per MORTH Specification No.508 complete in all respect.
