Maintenance of WBM road including filling up of pot holes, ruts and rectifying corrugated surface, damaged edges and ravelling as per technical specification Clause 1906.

Providing applying and laying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor as the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as jper the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing and laying 30 mm thick bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type HMP proddudcing an average out put of 75mt/hr.using crushed aggregate of specified grading ,premixed with bituminous binder 5.4 to 5.6% of mix, zycotherm @ 0.10% of weight of bitumen binder and filler transporting the Hot mix to work site laying with a hydostic paver finisher with sensor controll to the required grade,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired com pection as per MORTH Specification No.508 complete in all respect.

Providing and applying of 2.5mm thick road marking strips of specific shade/colour using thermoplastic material complies with MORTH requirements make Asian paint/automark/kataline as per PWD specification/SOR 2020 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts by all means including mechanical transport and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
