| 4 | M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of weather proof anti fungal paint (Apex - ultima) on walls over a coat of primer and a coat of external wall putty all as per manufacturer instruction including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old external surfaces of walls, Facias, cornices etc and applying two coat of weather proof anti fungal paint (Apex - ultima) on walls over a coat of primer (Selo-Prime) and a coat of external wall putty all as per manufacturer instruction including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 6 | M&L for complete removal of old painted steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (anti corrosive paint) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Material and labour for Washing, rubbing down and stopping of old distemper surfaces of walls and old decorated ,old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls complete applying Two coats of oil bound distemper including preparation of old surface of walls all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. |
| 8 | Supply, install, testing and commissioning fixed speed inverter type split air conditioner of nominal capacity 2.0 TR 5 star rated with copper compressor , suitable for working on 230 volts, single phase, 50HZ supply, complete including cutting of wall, providing stand for out door unit, required copper cable connection and standard copper tubing approx 3 RM from indoor to outdoor unit and making good disturbed surface of wall etc and remote operation complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Supply and Install Voltage stablizer for automatic operation single phase naturally cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 250 V which out put voltage stablizer 230V with accuracy of 2.5% and capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified . |
| 10 | M & L for sub main wiring complete with two runs of 4 Sqmm FRLS single core PVC insulated unsheathed single core cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded with copper conductor (ISI Marked) drawn through and including PVC Casing and caping and all accessories fixed to wall/ roofs/ floors etc with one run of 4 sqmm FRLS single core multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note : (1) Two runs of cable one run of conduit & one run of earth continuity conductor shall be measured as one running metre. |
