Taking out floating materials/malba etc. from sump under the foul condition Including removal and refixing of gate/jali of sump sand disposal of floating material to the authorized dumping ground of MCD complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement of site.

Desilting and taking out of debris/silt rubbish etc. from sump, which are heavily surcharged, by Super Sucker, machine (which consist of one No. chassis mounted machine having suction capacity of minimum 4000litre/hrs. at 80% vacuum ,chassis mounted dump tanks having not less than capacity of 10cu.mtr.) including safe disposal of silt within municipal limits. Supply of all materials, labour, T&P, gas detector, forced air ventilators when ever required etc. and provision of safety equipment as per guide line laid in IS-11972•1987, international standard, traffic control arrangement & proper lighting at night, barricading, display of sign board, insurance of worker and cleaning of site. Removal of all hindrances /obstructions, unforeseen items. permission from other deptt (Department will only assisting getting the permission etc.) The Super Sucker machine shall be called as per requirement at various locations. Locations of Pumphouses as per attached. Annexure-1

Lifting of following size sewage submersible pump set from the UG tank/sump 25 ft. to 40 ft. with double chain pully block and try pot stand i/c dismantling of delivery pipe line & motor connection & cartage from site to work shop as reqd. (Upto 25 HP)

Lowering and installation of following size of sewage submersible P/Set in the UG tank/sump i/c connection of delivery line and connection of starter etc. i/c testing & commissioning at regular interval complete as & when required i/c carriage from workshop to site etc as required. (Upto 25 HP)

Rewinding of following size motor 3 phase of sewage submersible P/Set with Rewinding kit of insulated copper wire i/c varnishing, baking, nomex paper & gasket set etc. i/c testing commissioning etc as required. at regular interval complete as & when required. with credit of old dismantled material as reqd. (Upto 25 HP)

Repairing overhauling of following size sewage submersible pump set i/c replacement of O-Ring, Oil, nut-bolt & gasket etc. i/c testing commissioning etc. as reqd. at regular interval complete as & when required with credit of old dismantled material as reqd.
