M&L for repair / replacement of existing contraction (Dummy) Joints 8-12 mm wide of following descriptions comprising the under mentioned operations: - (i) Raking out existing joints to the depth upto 22-27 mm and removing existing unserviceable sealing compound grade 'B' of any description and cleaning / preparing the joint / groove surface, complete all as specified and directed.(ii) Insert a bond breaker tape and bond breaker closed cell polyethylene frame rod of width 13 mm to 17 mm caulked tightly into the base of the sealing groove to prevent the sealant from adhering to the base of slot complete all as specified and directed.(iii) Sealed flush the joint to a level of 2-3 mm below the top of the adjacent pavement using polyurethane joint sealant (minimum depth 12 mm) after priming the vertical surface twice complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair / replacement of existing Construction Joints 18-22 mm wide of following descriptions comprising the under mentioned operations: - (i) Raking out existing joints to the depth upto 35-40 mm and removing existing unserviceable sealing compound grade 'B' of any description and cleaning / preparing the joint / groove surface, complete all as specified and directed.(ii) Insert a bond breaker tape and bond breaker closed cell polyethylene frame rod of width 23 mm to 27 mm caulked tightly into the base of the sealing groove to prevent the sealant from adhering to the base of slot complete all as specified and directed.(iii) Sealed flush the joint to a level of 2-3 mm below the top of the adjacent pavement using polyurethane joint sealant (minimum depth 12 mm) after priming the vertical surface twice complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair / replacement of existing expansion Joints, 30-34 mm wide of following descriptions comprising the under mentioned operations: - (i) Raking out existing joints to the depth upto 42-45 mm and removing existing unserviceable sealing compound grade 'B' of any description and cleaning / preparing the joint / groove surface, complete all as specified and directed.(ii) Insert a bond breaker tape and bond breaker closed cell polyethylene frame rod of width 35-39 mm caulked tightly into the base of the sealing groove to prevent the sealant from adhering to the base of slot complete all as specified and directed. (iii) Sealed flush the joint to a level of 2-3 mm below the top of the adjacent pavement using polyurethane joint sealant (minimum depth 12 mm) after priming the vertical surface twice complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to concrete pavements by cutting the damaged, spoiled edges in concrete pavements slabs to rectangular cross section with diamond tip cutters, removing all loose and foreign materials to a distance exceeding 500 metres but not exc 1 Kilometre, cleaning surface thoroughly with wire/coir brushes and then cleaning the surfaces with compressed air by compressors, priming the surface with Dencote primer 601 and filling with epoxy resin Denpatch and including form work wherever required in taxi track complete all as specified and directed.
