The shell will be tested for the discharge of water pressure as per manufacturer design, Cycle of chemical will be stopped once the desired water pressue is obtained. Note : Refrigerant reqd for the chiller will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ. |
| 8 | Dismantling and opening of GI sheet ducting from AHU for cleaning/de-scaling complete with automatic cleaning system comprising of air compressor, vacuum unit, dust cleaning equipment.Notes : (i) The cleaning of duct is to be started from AHU to different branches in different rooms. All the grills and diffusers are to be cleaned before re-fixing. Rate quoted shall also includes taking down of false ceiling as required and re-fixing the same and re-fixing of dismantled duct with proper clamps, nut, bolts all as specified and directed.(ii) The cleaning equipment shall have monitor, video camera etc for recording of complete cleaning process. The recording of complete cleaning process shall be stored and soft copy (DVD) of the same shall be handed over to the Engineer-in-Charge for record. |
