| 12 | Providing and fixing Precasting plain cement concrete tiles of size 1'-0\\" x 1'-0\\" x 2\\" thick duly mixed, mechanically & compacted made of PCC 1:1.5:3 duly cured and finished. The rates is to be fixed over 20mm thick cement sand mortar 1:4 including grouting of joints complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-charge |
| 13 | Construction of Granular Sub base by providing laying spreading and compacting coarse graded sub base material-sand, moorum, gravel crushed stone or combination thereof conforming to Grading-II of Table 400-2 of MORT&H specifications (4th revision). The material shall be mixed by Mix in Place method or with rotovator at OMC and carried to site, spread in uniform layers and compacted with 8-10 tonnes smooth wheeled/vibratory roller to achieve density complete in all respects as per Clause 401 of MORT&H specifications( 4th revision). |
| 14 | Providing, laying, spreading and compactin graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 406 of MORT&H specification (5th revision) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. |
| 15 | Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run Bitumen binder of grade (VG - 10 Bulk) @ 3.00 kg/ 10 Sqm including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface. |
| 16 | Providing and laying ready-mix bituminous material for patch repairs with an average thickness of 20mm to cover patches/ potholes on the damaged road surface, complete in all respects.
