1	SH-1: 33 KV LINE MATERIALS & ERECTION
2	Supply of STEEL TUBULAR POLES as per ISS: 12 M long of 410 SP-64
3	Erection of Steel Tubular Poles as per ISS: 12 M long of 410 SP-64
4	Supply of CONDUCTOR as per ISS: DOG Conductor ACSR (6/7/1.57 sqmm).
5	STRINGING OF LINE CONDUCTOR & ACCESSORIES: Stringing of ACSR conductor as per approved sagging including installation of insulators, hardware fittings, conductors accessories, jumpering arrangement, stringing of guard wire. This shall also includes erection of PG clamp and connectors, jointing sleeves, danger plate & anticlimbing device etc. as required complete in all respect as per TS: ACSR/AAC Conductor 6/1/4.09 Sqmm RACOON or equivelant Conductor. (HT line) (3 wire line).
6	Supply of INSULATORS as per ISS: DISC (Porcelain): Disc Insulator 90 KN.
7	SUPPLY OF HARDWARE FITTINGS as per ISS: 90 KN Disk Insulator (33 KV tension type hardware fittings) etc. as required.
8	SUPPLY OF PIN (Porcelain): Pin Insulator 33 KV with pin.
9	SUPPLY OF CROSS ARMS (MILD STEEL):33 KV, 3 Wire, 3.05 m long cross arm made of MS Channel of size 125 X 50 X 6 mm complete etc. as required.

17	SUPPLY OF SAFETY ALERT SYSTEM: Manufacturing, fabrication and supply of danger plate made of mild steel sheet of atleast 1.6 mm thick and vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and the conventional skull and cross-bones in signal red colour on the front side for - (a) Danger Plate of size 250 mm X 200 mm of thickness 3 mm.

23	Supply of 8 SWG G.I. Earth wire.
24	Stringing of 8 SWG G.I. Earth wire.
25	SUPPLY OF EARTHING SYSTEM: Earthing with 40 mm dia GI pipe 4.5 mtr long with GI wire for pole earthing including salt charcoal etc. as required.
26	ERECTION OF EARTHING SYSTEM: Earthing with 40 mm dia GI pipe 4.5 mtr long with GI wire for pole earthing including salt charcoal etc. as required.
27	PAINTINGs & FINISHING WORKS: Supply & Painting with 2 coats of red oxide paint & 2 coats of paints on poles / equipment / metal surface on full rate basis.
28	JUNGLE CLEARANCE:Cutting of trees, including cutting of trunks, branches and removal of stems, branches from the cutting area, stacking of servicable material at specified place not exceeding a distance of 1000 m from the cutting area along the ROW corridor of transmission lines, Sub Station and other Power Station.
29	(a) Girth above 300 mm to 600 mm

32	Cutting down of smaller trees of girth 300 mm and below including all types of vegetation, grass bushes, shrubs, saplings and remains of them for ease access for laying and stringing of conductors as well as to make foot path at tower locations or any construction site as may be required.
