Supply of 30.5 Meter Lowering & Raising 20 sided Polygonal Structure Flag Mast system having Mast shaft shall be in three sections, single hot dip galvanized internally & externally and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3 . It shall also include accessories for high Flag mast including flanged Type head frame/ dacoratiove dome with with steel wire rope SS 316 Grade / 7/19 construction & self lubricating internal power tool double drum winch DD2G ( Type tested ), Trailing Cable shall be suitable copper Round PVC insulated & PVC sheathed & 1200mm G.I single Spike Lightning Arrestor etc. The shaft material construction must be as per ASTM A 572/GR 50/ Yield Point 355N/m, The welding should be SAW welding with Single Longitudinal weld Throughout Mast. accessories. Make Bajaj/crompton/Bharat Electronics.

Supply of foundation bolts with base plate manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates.

Supply of electrical control panel for up down movement of Flag along with handy control system.

Supply of Indian national Flag 20X30 Ft as per Flag code of India

Supply of 5M Poles for flood lighting Flag including foundation complete.

Supply of Flood Lights LED 120W IP66, CCT CW make Havells/Bajaj/crompton

Supply of Aviation light LED, lifgting arrestor at top of mast.

Construction of Reinforced shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 3 metre depth with all materials and labour.

Erection of the Flag Mast with the help of suitable equipments and assembly of operating system and Flag.

Provision of GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI Pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour. (2nos per mast required)
