Name of Work:- Repairing and Strengthening of Silo Structure of Silo–1 & Silo–2 by supply, installation, replacement & modification of complete 05 nos. chute assembly, all damaged pathways, floors, fencing of all Conveyor belts (SBC1,2&R4) and all associated structures etc. of Silo 1&2 at Gevra Project, for a period of 1 year.

Dismantling of worn-out/damaged discharge chutes arrangements, its support structures & all platform etc. by removing piece by piece by cutting, gouging, unbolting, removal of the same damaged items etc. and other allied works & removal/stacking as per instruction of Engineer In-charge.

Fabrication of Discharge Chute arrangement, its support structures & all platform by cutting, welding, setting, aligning, bolting, etc. and other allied works including providing of required mother plates & associated Structural steels.

Providing & fixing/installation of new abrasion resistant liner plates/wear plate hardness grade 500 HBW ( Hardox 500 or equivelent)

Fencing of high risk openings along the walkway belt conveyors of silo by suitable welded wire mesh guard panels.

Painting of complete fabricated discharge chute along with structural steel with 3 coats including one coat of primer of red oxide or equivalent of approved brand & two coat enamel paint of approved brand of required shade.

Installation & commissioning of fabricated discharge chute assemblies
