Patch/Repair/ Modification Works on Various Equipments, Ducts, Conveyor Chutes etc. with MS plate.Collection and transportation of MS Plates [6mm / 8mm/10mm/12mm thk.] and required materials from CD-Stores.Necessary site arrangements including scaffolding shall be done.Patch / repair / modification works shall be done on the scrubbing section in PAP viz, attack fan inlet and outlet ducts,attack fan casing, connecting ducts of stack, venturi sections,connecting flanges,fume hood etc. and on seal pots of attack section and also on various equipments in grinding/attack/filtration sections viz, ducts, elevator, riser pipe, conveyor chutes,bins,skirtboards. Damaged plates shall be cut and removed. After preparation of edges new plates shall be set and welded. Plates shall be rolled and bend as per requirement.Joints shall be full welded and ground to facilitate rubber lining. New flanges shall be fabricated and provided if required. Damaged plates shall be taken to scrap yard. Dismantling of hoses,dummies etc in the areas of patch work, providing temporary supports for the work is in this scope of contract.

Necessary site arrangement including scaffolding shall be done. Patch / repair / modification works on various equipments, vessels, ducts, shell,hoppers,conveyor chutes,bins,skirtboards etc. shall be done properly to meet the site requirement in SS/HV9 materials as instructed by engineer-in-charge. Cutting, shaping / bending and fixing of new plates shall be done after the removal of existing damaged SS / MS plates.
