The contractor and his supervisor will provide the mobile number so that they can be communicated about the complaints, the SMS will be sent on those mobile and will be treated as an official complaints. The contractor will render the completion in writing to the department within 12 hours hours failing which 500 Rupees per day charged as penalty. |
