| 4 | Providing and Laying Granular Sub-Base by spreading and compacting coarse graded sub base material - sand, moorum, gravel crushed stone or combination thereof conforming to Grading-II of Table 400-2 of MORT&H specifications ( as pr latest revision). The material shall be mixed by Mix in Place method or with renovator at OMC and carried to site, spread in uniform layers and compacted with 8-10 tones smooth wheeled/vibratory roller to achieve density complete in all respects as per Clause 401 of MORT&H specifications.(as per latest revision). |
| 5 | Providing and laying, spreading and compacting the stone aggregate of 63 -45mm gauge conforming to Grading-II of Table 400-9 of MORT&H specifications (as per latest revision) to Water Bound Macadam specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing and rolling with 3 SMOOTH wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per Clause-404 of MORT&H specifications (as per latest revision ) complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge. . |
| 6 | Providing and laying, spreading and compacting the stone aggregate of 53 -22.4mm gauge conforming to Grading-II of Table 400-9 of MORT&H specifications (as per latest revision) to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate of wearing layer and compacting to the required density complete as per Clause 404 of MORT&H specifications( as per latest revision ) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge. |
| 7 | Providing and laying surface dressing as wearing coarse in single coat using crushed stone aggregate of 13 mm nominal size as per table 500.20 of MORT&H specification @ 0.010 cum per 10 sqm on a layer of bituminous binder grade ( 80/100 ) VG-10 bulk laid @ 1.0 kg per sqm on prepared surface and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled wheeled roller including of bitumen to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge. |
| 8 | Providing and laying surface dressing 2nd coat using crushed stone aggregate of 10 mm nominal size as per table 500.20 of MORT&H specification @ 0.008 cum per 10 sqm on a layer of bituminous binder grade ( 80/100 ) VG-10 bulk laid @ 0.90 kg per sqm on prepared surface and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled wheeled roller including of bitumen to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge. |
| 9 | Providing and Laying of kerb of size 2’-0” x 9” having 4” thickness at bottom and 3” thickness at top placed at or near ground level in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 10 | Providing and fixing Precasting plain cement concrete Channel of size 2'-0\\" x 1'-0\\" x 3\\" thick duly mixed, mechanically & compacted made of PCC 1:2:4 duly cured and finished. , jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
