Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg (zero point two five to zero point three kilogramme) per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (five zero three) and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lift and other incidental charges.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam (BM) 50 (fifty) milimeter with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading 19 (ninteen) milimeter nominal size ( 25-10mm @ 38.7%, 10-5mm @ 43.5% & 5mm & below (stone dust) @ 14.5% of volume of agreegate) as per Table 500.4 ( five zero zero point four) premixed with bituminous binder / bitumen VG-10 @ 3.3% of total weight of mix, transported to site upto all lead laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504. (five hundred four) including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30mm (Thirty milimetres) thick with 100-120 (one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.5 (five point five ) per cent of total weight of mix, agreegate Grading II (thirteen milimetres nominal size) i.e. 13.2 - 10 mm thirty per cent, 10 - 5 mm twenty five per cent, 5 mm and below forty three per cent of volume of agreegate and filler @ 2 per cent of weight of aggregates, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 (five zero nine) complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.
