| 1 | Providing services of GPS enabled CNG Maintenance van, make of TATA 407 SFC Gold, Mahindra Bolero Pickup 326, Mahindra Maxi Van Truck model, TATA Yodha, TATA ACE or equivalent model with driver having valid registration and BS-VI Emission Norms not older than 2020 model duly painted with approved color and size as per manufacture's specifications with hydraulic system for DDA Roads to attend regular/urgent road related complaints. All sides of Maintenance Van shall be covered with MS Sheets properly braced and stiffened with provision of an open able shutter with locking arrangement at the back. Maintenance Van shall bear information/display/DDA logo/Office address etc with retro reflective tape of approved color/shade on all sides as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rates are of 8 hours duty of vehicle including cost of services of operating staff/driver, running cost of lubricating oil, diesel/Petrol/kerosene oil, CNG, servicing and other consumables for running the van required tools and equipments such as Hammer, Phawrah, Pick axe, Tasla, Bamboo, drum, traffic safety cones, long brooms etc as per T&P list attached in the NIT. The rates are inclusive for per day. The maintenance van including driver shall be equipped with smart mobile phone with internet & data transfer facility, one Mason and Three Beldars also capable of doing work of sewerman. All workers, and Driver on duty shall wear uniform with night vision safety jackets with DDA logo all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The Maintenance van will carry out following works:- a)Daily inspection of roads for observing the deficiencies and rectification which are as Damaged carriage way/footpath/central verge/side verge, Missing Drain and manhole covers, opening/cleaning of chocked/blocked bell mouth/kerb channel, water logging if any, obstruction in the carrige way/footpath. b)Helping in removing encroachment,keeping the roads free from unauthorized banners, posters, hoardings etc. c)Keeping the drain and sewer free from missing covers d)Removal of foreign material/malba/construction waste etc found on the carriageway, central verge, footpath, main right of way, disposal of the same to the dumping ground or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. e) Relocation of dislocated grills,railing, manholes/drain covers,kerb stone & interlocking tiles/paver blocks. f) Filling of potholes g)Other minor/petty repair works including welding of MS Grills for which Material shall be supplied by the department free of cost. h)Fixing/refixing of kerb stones, interlocking tiles, Drain Covers, stones etc. (Note:- 1. The GPS system will provided and fixed by the agency & further maintenacne and operation of the same shall be done by the agency and nothing extra will be paid on this account. 2. The maintenace van shall be mobilsed by the agency in case of urgency/emergency, other than normal working hours within two hours of given instructions by Engineer-in-charge for which no extra payment shall be made. 3. It is the responsibility of the agency if any incident/accident occur due to missing drain & sewer cover due to his negligence in placing them. 4. The copy of driving license, registration, pollution certificate and insurance of vehicle will be deposited in Division office. 5. Staff required with Van : a) Driver- 1No equipped with Smartphone b) Mason-1 Nos c) Beldar-3 Nos e) GPS enabled vehicle. |
| 2 | Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers of make \\"KK\\" and \\"SUSHMA\\" on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100 mm c/c on both ways, neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick, 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat,reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc including cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Note; The cover shall be engraved with Name of manufacturer, Year of manufacturing, Name of Division/DDA with Project code must be engraved on it. |

| 17 | Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineerin-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately).Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum. | 22 | Terms & Conditions: 1. As this work is time bound & urgent work so if required in case of urgency/emergency, the agency shall mobilize his team other than normal working hours within two hours of given instructions by Engineer-in-charge. No extra payment shall be made for this. Failure of which penality of Rs 5000/- shall be imposed on the agency. 2. In Case of any urgency/emergency, the agency shall have to deploy the team even in odd hours i.e night hours to attend the emergency. Failure of which penality of Rs 2,000/- shall be imposed on the agency.3. The agency should quote the rates accordingly as safe disposal within the municipal limits as per DPCC/NGT guidelines will be the sole responsibility of the agency and nothing extra shall be paid on this account by the department. Taking permission of MCD Dhalao/ Dumping site will be the sole responsibility of agency itself. 4. All safety measures/precautions are to be taken while doing the work. In case of any casuality, agency will be sole responsible. There will be no role of DDA in it. 5. During execution of work if any challan is received in this office from NGT, MCD, DPCC/CPCB, local body or any other govt. agency, the same shall be borne by the agency and if fails double the amount of challan will be recovered from the bill of agency. Nothing extra will be paid to agency on this account. 6. Rate is inclusive of all T&P required for the work and shall be arranged by the contractor itself.7. If the agency fails to do the work on the direction of Site Staff or Engineer-in-charge by any communication means i.e by phone, whatsapp or by Site Order Book within 24 hours then the penality of Rs 2000/- shall be imposed for per day delay. In case of any dispute, decision of Engineer-in-charge shall be final and binding.8. In case of any urgency/emergency, the agency shall have to deploy his team at any location under jurisdiction of DMD-II as and when directed by Engineer-in-charge. Failure of which penality of Rs 5,000/- will be imposed and work will be forefited. Decision of Engineer-in-charge will be final and binding.9. The agency shall submit before and after GPS enabled photographs/videos of every day of work in soft copy. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Failure of which penality of Rs 500/- per day will be imposed.10. The agency shall be responsible for taking all the necessary steps and precaution to prevent any mishap/accident/loss of life owing to any negligency on the part of the agency or its staff . The agency shall be held responsible and liable for any or the consequence/liability arising there from and the DDA shall not be responsible/liable in any manner for any mishap/accident/loss of life occuring in the premises.11. If work done by the agency is not found satisfactorily by the site staff and Engineer-in-Charge then absent shall be marked for the same along with penality of Rs 2000/- shall be imposed on the agency.12. It is the responsibility of the agency to visit the area under jurisdiction and place the Drain cover/manhole cover if found broken and missisng. In case of any casuality agency shall be fully responsible and DDA shall not be responsible.13. If agency deploy the manpower less than as specified in Item No 1, then penality of Rs 2000/- shall be imposed on agency for the day on which less manpower is deployed. 14. The agency will submit monthly report of the work done. Failure of which penality of Rs 500/- shall be imposed per day on the agency. 15. If agency fails to fulfil the condition as specified in Item No 1, then penalty of Rs 1000/- per day shall be imposed on the agency.16.
