The scope shall cover design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, trial run, training and documentation, and the work shall be treated as complete in all respects under a Turnkey project, No extra claim admissible for any item necessary for successful completion and operation of the STP. The item-wise BOQ breakup, covering all equipment, systems and associated works, shall be submitted by the contractor and shall be scrutinized, finalized and approved by the Department.
