Bituminous MacadamProviding and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushedaggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder,transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surfacewith paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achievethe desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.(Bitumen VG-10 @ 3.3% of the weight of mix has been used for analysis purpose.The choice of bitumen will depend upon the prevailing site conditions and shall be inaccordance with Clause 504 of MORD)with Bitumen VG-30

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with the use ofbatch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour usingcrushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binderand filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostaticpaver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level andalignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers toachieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No.508 complete in all respectsGrading II - 10mm using VG - 10 bitumen (bituminous binder @ 5 % ofmix)
