M & L for repairs to pot not exc 1 Sqm each, incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc. scarifying or picking up gravelled macadam/bituminious macadam in area exc 400 sqm and n.exc 50mm deep, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags for remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer at 80/ 100 (VG-10) grade at 7.50 Kg per 10 Sqm for below BM surfaces.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content (paving bitumen grade VG-30/ laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness n.exc. 50mm) all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated/compacted thickness using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 5.50% (paving bitumen VG-30 grade) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted using 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gardient complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The work shall be executed using Hot mix plant and mechanical paver.

M & L for Marking strips, straight lines, zebra crossing and straight lines not less than 2 mm thick and exc 10 cm width with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved brand (White or yellow) by using automatic mechanical road painting machine with 8% glass beads (intermixed) all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

S & F Cat eyesolar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100 mmx20mm with PMA striplensreflector of model No DA 972 fixed withand incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions Complete all as specified and as directed.
