Name of Work:- Preparation of DPR / Detailed estimates on JKSOR 2022 /BOQ, conducting of Detailed Survey for providing of Site plan , L-section X-sections, contour plan and soil investigation report including plate load test, providing of architectural drawing including 3D-Bird view and structural design including vetting form any Govt. approved institute i.e any IIT / NIT/GCET/ Design Directorate/ as per the directions of PWD (R&B) and project authority. 1. Construction of Building for Upgradation of Existing Health Infrastructure at kheora (G+6).(DPR must include the requirement of mechanical side along with electrical side2. Construction of Girls PG Hostel at Old District Hospital Complex (consisting of 75 rooms (accommodating two candidates per room).3. Construction of 200 Bedded Mother and Child Care (MCH) Hospital at the old hospital building site. (DPR must include the requirement of mechanical side along with electrical side)4. Construction of 20 Bedded Drug De-addiction Centre at Kheora.
