| 18 | M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforement by sand blasting scrubbing down concrete surface with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry and applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bounding coat of approved epoxy adheisve on complete exposed surfaces of concrete to be gunited all as specified and applying two layers of guniting over steel welded mesh 2mm dia of wire and aperature 75mm, avarage thickness of gunite n.exc 40mm thick in cement mortor (1:2) using OPC 53 grade cement mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surface of required thickness to give even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper geometrics in cement mortor (1:3) to match the existing surface as in sides and soffits etc of slabs, chajjas, fins, facias,parapets, lintels, columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chases to brick work or RCC members at any height upto 6 storey building including removing of small trees shrubs etc all as specified and as directed |
| 19 | M&L for decorative wall panelling with PVC louvered/Fluted/Plain 2D/3D wall panels with plastic and silicate mixture as the core material within and surface with PVC foil on the top with thickness of panel 10mm to 20mm, width of 150mm to 200mm and length of 2.74/3.05 (9' or 10') meters of POLYWOOD or equivalent brand Wt of PVC pannel is 4.5 kg/sqm and PVC percentage in wall panels is more than 40% including necessary L/H/U corner profile and fillets. WPC Wall panel are termite proof , water proof and usable on the damp walls, fixed to wall/ ceiling surface as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
