Comprehensive Maintenance of Water Cooled Chillar water central air conditioning plant of capacity 300 TR (2 x 150 TR Working + 1x 150 TR Stanby) of make - Voltas at Bldg No. RSDL Old P-360 =01 No by deploying Authorised representative of original Air Conditioner manufacturer exclusively,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.The Engineer/Technical staff must carry out inspection of compressor, checking pressure, checking controls/ control wiring including carring out requisite setting of controller & contactor, checking electrical circuits, cheking of leakage, cheking the operation of chiller and condensor pumps,cheking the operation of Cooling tower checking all pressure/temperature/ sensor interlocks & setting them for satisfactory running of plant, assessing oil condition & refrigerant condition and submitting its report of plant. Complete all as specied and as directed. The AC plant comprises of following equipments.a) Chillar unit Make-Voltas, model- GSWCDXR150 = 03 Setsb) Compressor suitable for 2X150 TR - 03 Setsc) Condensar Unit Make Voltas Model- 09176 =03 Setsd) Chillar water pump set back pull out type monoblock -3 Nos.e) Condenser water pump set back pull out type monoblock -3 Nos.g) Cooling tower of capacity 160 TR, round shape induced draft type ,direct driven propelar fan motor , fan dia meter 1500 mm,srpay nozzle arrngement with HDPE water tank Make- Wheldon -02No.h) Electrical control panel cubical type with multi funtion display unit, MCBs, Fuse,MPD with auxilary contactor etc. complete -03 Nos.
