| 2 | Removing of the garbage accumulated in the manual bar screen at inlet chamber (at the depth of 30 feet) with the help of labour equipped with all other miscellaneous T&P like pickage, shovel, hoe etc for removing of the floating material and garbage from the sump wells. |
| 3 | Dumping of the floating material from the SPS to the suitable place provided by the engineer in charge |
| 4 | Plugging of total sewage water entering into the channel by closing the incoming and outgoing gate. |
| 5 | Replacement of existing worn out Tin of the roof over the mechanical bar screen with new PPGI Sheet for Shed over EOT Cranes. The job also includes dismantling of the existing and depositing the same in the store of the concerned engineer. |
| 6 | Making a temporary working platform by approximately 20 Ft long bamboos and manila rope etc inside the approx. 30 ft. deep channel at different height /location in the individual pit/channel. |
| 7 | Replacement of existing weak Chain with new SS Chain after lifting the jali from the sump with the help of Chain Pulley block and heavy duty labour |
| 8 | Replacement of the rusted and worn out guide channels with the new MS Channel of Size 150 x 75 mm. The job also includes fixing of fasteners & welding works for smooth movement of screens. |
| 9 | Repairing of the screens by replacement of the broken, damaged & missing MS Flats of the Screens in proper spacing. The job also includes refixing of the screens with the new SS hook in the guide channel. |
| 10 | Providing & fixing of MS over flow sheet at top level of water level so that the water could not pass by the upper side of the bar screen. The size of sheet will be 2.5 x 2.5 meter x 6 mm duly welded with a channel of size 150x75 mm and making proper strengthening for bearable water flow pressure as per site requirement. |
| 11 | Replacement of the existing rusted & weak MS Chequered Plate with new 6 mm thick Chequered sheet (2 mtr x 1.5 mtr) with the help of manual labour, gas cutter & welding machine for providing safe working environment to staff |
| 12 | Replacement of the rusted and damaged MCB Box with new Box & MCB's. The job also includes fixing the shed over the MCB box for protection from the rains. |
| 13 | Replacement of the rusted & weak MS Sheet / MS Bar or flat of Jaal/ railing / channel Bar Screen area with new as per the site requirement. |
| 14 | Painting of newly making complete system and MS Jaal over the wet sump by one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint of required shade & colour as per DJB approved color scheme. |
| 15 | Providing SS Panji for regular cleaning of the screens. |
| 16 | Hiring charges for long boom Hydra with operator and Fuel. |
