| 7 | Manufacturing,designing, supplying and fixing Retro Reflective Single sided Cautionary/ Mandatory/School Zone Signage Type-I, in size 1220x915mm made out of 4 mm thick Aluminium Composite Material as per 6.5.2 and 6.6 of IRC 67: 2022 Page-9, including provision of QR (Backside) code with full description of the material and particulars, Fully covered with Type-XI retro reflective sheet meeting all the properties as per IRC : 67-2022, and 6.7 of IRC:67-2022 for Type XI retro reflective sheet as 10 years pre Qualification warranty for type XI retro reflecting sheet from the OEM & a certified copy of test reports as per ASTM D 4956 from an Indian Government test laboratory conforming to clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2022 including 3 years weathering in india for the retro reflective sheetobtained by OEM of sheeting and submitted by the contractor for technical qualification in the tender. Alternatively, a certificate conforming to ASTM D 4956 specification on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in India can be accepted provisionally with a bank guarantee of 100% equal to the value of the tenderand will be released on submission of certificate conforming to clause 6.7 IRC 67-2022 including 3 years weathering in India.The approved symbols/matter etc. are to be digitally printed on OEM recommended printing machine using Green ink platform on white Type-XI retro reflective sheet meeting all properties as per IRC 67:2022 . The printed portion are to be further covered with OEM recommended ultra violet resistant transparent overlay film for outdoor use. The finished reflective sheet is to be pasted on the base of ACM sheet using mechanical roller pasting equipment. The complete signage is to be covered for 10 year warranty provided under Match Component System from OEM.The Signage plate is to be bonded on existing SS Signage frame and structure using OEM recommended Match Component System primer as first layer and thereafter by 24 mm wide, OEM recommended 2.3 mm thick good quality double sided Acrylic foam tape of structural grade having foam density of 720 Kg/Cum. provided with plasticiser resistant adhesive on both sides and having peel adhesion to Stainless Steel of 35N/Cm., to be provided continuously on entire periphery of sign plate to bond it permanently on the sign frame. |
| 8 | Providing and fixing advance warning speed arrester stud made out of poly carbonate/ABS molded body and highly reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values shall be as given in the detailed specifications and the product shall conform to minimum ASTM D4280 and also meet all the testing conditions of ASTM D4280 listed for RPM (Raised Pavement Marker). The testing and test report shall be as per IRC 35 clause 5.1.2. The speed arrester should be fixed to the road surface using the adhesive recommended by the manufacturer. The length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 150 mm, 9 mm and 90 mm with a tolerance of +/-1 mm. The marker shall support a load of 30000 Kg minimum tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The area of each side of micro prismatic reflective lens shall not be less than 15.0 sqcm. The slope or retro reflective surface shall be 25 + 2 degree to base. It should have one Shank of not less than 25 mm diameter and not less than 40 mm length moulded with the body for anchorage. The certificate confirming to initial CIL value for reflective lens not less than 125 for red lens, 250 for yellow lens & 400 for white lens at 0º entrance and 0.2\\" observation angle as per ASTM D4280 shall be provided for better visibility & improving road safety for commuters as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge |
| 9 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting and unloading the same at any C & D waste management site within 25 kms. lead i.e. Shastri park/ Burari/ Mundka including weighing at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/ rules of the plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C & D waste plant. The processing fee of C & D management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts.
