NRV of P/set No. 1 of Upadhaya make at Sector-16 SPS Dwarka, by carrying out the following works:-Cutting of nut bolts of delivery line bend, reducer & Non return valve of both end Flange with the help of gas cutter & taking out the specials from the delivery line one by one like reducer, bend from the line & finally NRV from the delivery line & Putting them on safer Place in the pump house. Fixing of blank flange on both side of delivery line by providing of nut bolts & rubber packing sheet. |
| 3 | Lifting of complete Non return valve with the help of E.O.T crane, heavy manual labour arrangement & loading in the tempo for taking it to workshop for servicing & renovation purpose including unloading in the workshop & cartage for the same. |
| 4 | Cutting and opening of all nut bolts of N.R.V centre plate for removing of C.I diaphragm centre plate from the NRV with the help of Tri pod chain block arrangement & manual labour arrangement. Taking out complete Disc & hinge pin from the diaphragm centre plate by lifting with the help of Tri pod chain block arrangement & manual labour arrangement. Cleaning of body seat ring of diaphragm centre plate by chemical solution and polishing by manual arrangement. Cleaning of disc retaining seat ring by chemical solution, emery paper etc. and polishing as required. |
| 5 | Renovation of NRV disc by fixing of new bushes in the damaged hole size. The job includes removing of worn out seat & making of proper size & machining of new bushes as per the required size and fixing the same for smooth functioning. |
| 6 | Renovation of disc holding blocks on the diaphragm centre plate by fixing of new bushes in the bore as per the size of NRV hinge pin. The job includes removing of worn out seat & making of proper size & fixing of new bushes. |
| 7 | Renovation of disc holding rings and diaphragm centre plate rings by rematling, grinding & machining the same for proper matching of both the seat rings. |
