Providing fully comprehensive maintanance of Audio Video system comprising of Ceiling Loudspeaker 28 No., 4 channel Amplifier-1 Nos, Delegate Units -90 Nos. Chairman Units 10 Nos, conference control unit 01 no work station 1 nos cascadable power supply 01 no strain relief mounts 100 nos, Digital signal processor-1 no LED Video wall 1no, LED Wall Processor 1 no, 30xPTZ camera-4nos Recording and streaming device 1 no, Extender for camera and codec-1 no, Video streaming transmitte 11 nos, Video streaming receiver 9 nos, Management software 48 port Ethemer switch 1 no HDMI Distribution Amplifier 1 no, Automation Processor 1no, Link Licenese, various cables, THe nature of work for which services are to be provided, includes identifying the nature of fault and take corrective measures with necessary material, tools, tackles and plant Repair or replacement of the faulty equipments as an when required with replacment of defective wiring and accessories as per requierments. Scope of work - 1. Checking of general operation of Audio Video system 2. Ensure the functioning of network structural backbone cabling, 3. checking the healtiness of the system weekli 4. cleaning all the Hubs quarterly 5. Attending all the breakdowns within 2 working hours. 6. Checking of all cables and connectors Monthly 7. Repairs/Replacement of all damaged non functioning equipments and any other parts with authentic OEM spares free of cost 8. incase of non availibility of parts a standby arrangemet shall be provided by the contractor for the interim period 9. Unattended breakdown calls or rectification of fault within specified time limit will attract penalty of Rs. 1000/- per dat. Contractor shall keep stock of adequate quantity of the contractual quantity of material ready at site thoughout the contract period so that there shall not be any delay for clearing complaint due to non - availability of material at site. All sundry hardware such as screws, rawl plungs, insulation tape, pin type lungs etc. required for the erection will fall within the scope of work and no additional payment will be made against it. Exclusions in the contract is for any equipmeents burn due to external conditions or due to damages caused by any third person or due to force majure conditions or any dismantling, shifting or reinstalltion, Any physical damages and consumables if any
