Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 250mm thick air entrained PQC (Pavement quality concrete) work in road/hard standing of minimum flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm (lower control limit) LCL after 28 days of pavement of slab using minimum 400 Kg OPC Grade-43 cement per Cum with not exceeding 19mm graded crushed stone aggregate confirming to IRC 15, including utilizing of plasticizer @ 0.8% - 1% of weighing of cement content or as per manufacturer instruction, mixed in batching plant transported to site, laid in panels spread and compacted with mechanical table vibrator, finishing the surfaces by belting and brooming without using extra cement etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- (a) Flexural strength shall be established by beam test and design mix formula should be compatible to IRC-44-2017(b) All types of joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.(c) Cost of any admixtures required to achive the desired properties of PQC shall be deemend to be included in the unit rate(d) Two coat of surface shield/densified as specified.

M & L for applying silane siloxane emulsion above the concrete surface as water repellent (dilute with water in the ratio of 1:8) complete all as per manufacturer instruction and specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints for 250mm thick concrete slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing concrete surface or bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.
