| 16 | Material and labour for aluminium composite panels, panel shall be metallic series of approved shade for ceiling and cladding, 4 mm thick with combination of aluminium skin materials of 0.50 mm thick, aluminium sheet of alloy grade 1100H cover material coated on exposed side with PVDF (Poly vinyeldene fluoride) of KYNAR, PVDF coating containing 70% KYNAR 500 resin for antifungal and antibacterial properties and the central core shall be natural polyethylene (LDPE and HDPE) bonded to aluminium skin on both sides, and including all necessary fittings complete for finished item of work and including taking out of old Panel etc., all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.NOTE :- Anodised aluminium rectangular section, GI brackets etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule. |
| 17 | Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings, the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474, including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- (a) The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
