Disconnecting, decoupling and shifting the 6 ton motor from the pump foundation into the vehicle and sending it for repairs. After repairs unloading the motor from the vehicle to the pump foundation, installing the motor, connecting 300 sqmm cable , making proper pump motor alignment by engaging the services in the field of an expert and commissioning the motor.

Transporting the failed motor from the site to agencies workshop for repairs and back to site after repairs

Dismantling the motor completely at the workshop stripping the old burnt stator winding coils from the stator slots. Restocking the damaged core laminations filling up the winding slots. Rewinding the stator with new copper coils, varnishing and baking in oven. Replacing space heater(windings), RTD'S and BTD'S replacing the damaged/worn out hardware. Replacement of DE and NDE bearings( cost of bearings not included in the item). Dynamic balancing of the rotor. Assembling the motor and checking the performance at workshop. painting the motor with a coat of red oxide and two or more coats of enamel paint.

Brazing of broken rotor conductors using silver brazing rods on both the end rings of the rotor and machining the brazed surface.
