Repairs and Rewinding of 440 volts,3 phase 50HP, squirrel cage induction motor of Crompton Greaves Make. The work involved is as specified below. Disconnecting and de-coupling the motor, transporting the motor to agencies workshop for repairs. Dismantling the motor completely at the agencies workshop, stripping the short-circuited stator winding, rewinding the stator with new copper winding, varnishing the stator and baked in over to improve the insulation providing and fixing new bearings in both DE and NDE side. Bearing No. 6313 of SKF make. The work also includes replacement of all hard ware and terminal block.After repairs, transporting the motor back to site and re-installing on the foundation and coupling it with the pump and re-connecting .
