Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for :i)Foundations, Footings, Bases for columns

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level

b Kotah stone slab flooring over 25 mm thick in risers of steps, skirtings, dado & pillars laid on 12mm (average) thick cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete.

Preparation of Sub-grade by excavating earthwork in formed embankement/side shoulders to the following average depth of 22.5 cms, dressing to camber and consolidating with power road roller including making good the undulations etc and disposal of surplus earth with leadd upto 50 mts and lift upto 1.5 mts in ordinary or hard soil

Supplying of laterite stone soling of size 150-200 mm size and murrum having P.I. Value not more than 6 and laying including packing with smaller stones and consolidation with power road roller including spreading, watering and consolidation of binding material etc.(Measurements shall be considered on finished item) .
