Dismantling motor from the pump keeping it safe a side with removal of all electrical connection. Damaged vertical turbine pump has to be removed without creating major damage tot he components of the pump. After overhauling the pump has to be refitted at the same position with motor and all other electrical connections.

Transportation of pump to agencies workshop for repair and back to the site after carrying out repair work.

All the line shaft head shaft and intermediate shaft of s.s. material should be checked for straightness and balancing. Machine cut should be done to gain the straightness of the shaft, without damaging the original profile of shaft

Repair and overhauling of stuffing box and housing by fitting new spares provided by department.

Fitting of bush in the spider with machine cut and press fitting. All the bushes and spiders will be provided by department.

Topping up of oil in the thrust bearing chamber and greasing of all the moving parts for smooth functioning.

Repairs of bowl assembly by dismantling the impellers and balancing of 3 nos impellers for proper functioning of the pump assembly.

Supply of all the consumable items such as nuts , bolts, hose pipe, cotton waste, cleaning materials etc.
