218	RCC Guard Post: Supplying, fitting and fixing RCC guard post 150cm long erected 75cm above the ground and 75cm below the ground with M-15 grade (nominal mix 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate up to 20mm size) of cement concrete and required reinforcement tied in position with annealed black wire including centering, moulding the top, curing including painting concrete surfaces in 23cm strips upto 0.75m from the top alternately in black and white and having 2 nos. reflectiveband of desired shade etc. complete as per design and as directed.Supplying fitting and fixing R.C. guard post 1.37m long with C.C. 1:2:4 with graded stone chips of 13.2mm down casting , curing complete including cost of providing 4nos.of 12mm dia. rod of length 1.54m as main reinforcement and 6 nos. of round shaped 8mm dia rods used as binders; the placing of the first binder should be at 75mm below the top finished surface and the other 5 nos of binders should be placed at 245mm c/c ; the guard post is of octagonal section with inscribed circle of dia 24cm at the base tapering to corresponding dimensions of 16cm at the top including two coats of painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and grade to form 6 nos. horizontal alternate bands in white/tannery yellow and black to 90 cm length standing up above ground after mending good damages if any during striking off shuttering, making hole in ground of 47cm depth and 30cm. minimum dia, fixing the guard posts in the same holes and repacking the earth properly so as to keep the guard posts standing properly erect in correct position true to line and length including carriage of R. C. Guard Post with due care to the site including loading into the truck and unloading at site complete in all respect.
219	Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness asper Technical Specification Clause 201.
220	Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a leadupto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5
221	Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.
222	Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, lighting, guarding, barricading etc. complete as per Technical Specification clause 401&Table No. 401 of Specification of Rural Roads
223	Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by ecessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of pecifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

226	Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification Clause 503 of specification of rural roads.
227	20 mm thick close-Graded Mix Seal Surfacing using Bituminous Binder mixing with processed waste plastice (as per IRC-SP,98-20130 by replacement of 8% Bitumen binder by weight: Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded mix seal surfacing material of 25 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-A) or 13.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-B) aggregates using with bituminous binder (@18.25 ka per 10sqm (ic 92% of standard Bitumen and 8% waste proccessed plastice by weight shall be used for coating aggregate after its heating) as per IRC:SP: 98 2013, laying to required ine, grade and level to serve as wearing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per technical specification clause 509 to be followed by seal coat of either Type-A,Type-B or Type-C as per technical specification.
