Providing New Upholstered Furniture with Teakwood frame and Faux Leather as per Original Furniture Design as detailed in the drawings of the items. The size and design of the Furniture to be replicated exactly as per the Original Furniture used for reference as marked in drawings and only after approval of one sample Furniture piece shall other similar pieces be replicated. The foam (50 density of make Jindal or equivalent) cushion in seat shallbe 4\\" & in the back 2\\" thick (50 density of make Jindal or equivalent) shall be got approved from the authorities before using for the furniture. Well Seasoned teak wood to be used for the Framing and polished of approved shade and type. Faux Leather of superior quality and approved type, colour and texture to be used for Upholstery. Item to include necessary sampling, well seasoned teak wood, cushioning, Faux Leather Upholstery, hardware, tools etc. and required to complete the item in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The size and design of the Furniture to be replicated exactly as per the Original Furniture used for reference as marked by the Architect, and only after approval of one sample Furniture piece shall other similar pieces be replicated. Well Seasoned teak wood to be used for the Framing and all veneered furniture to be constructed using 1st grade Commercial Plywood and teak wood veneer matching the original to be used for clading. All exposed surfaces to be polished of approved shade and type as directed by the Architect or Engineer-in-Charge. Item to include necessary sampling, well seasoned teak wood, teak veneer, polishing, hardware, tools etc. and required to complete the item in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Architect and Engineer in charge.
