Dismantling of old damaged paddles, scrapers, pit scrapers, vertical bridge arm for outside flocculator zone and inside flocculator zone, bridge arm, flocculator arm etc. as required & dismantling of base of bridge from the base frame to turn table mechanism and lifting of the bridge with the help of mechanical jacks with proper support and holding the bridge with statically balanced support this include the loading, unloading cost of packing and hiring of lifting arrangement to carry out the work, material, wooden square, T&P etc. (also making the by welding to make strong thrust support by welding process with deploying technical staff / labour, T&P tool and tackles after complete the work as per site requirement.

Servicing of centre mechanism by lifting of all parts one by one with special type lifting arrangement & putting to bottom by chain block & other arrangement & cleaning of all parts with cleaning agents like diesel, petrol etc. as required & fixing one by one of each parts in their original assembly with the help of all lifting arrangements & chain blocks etc. as required.

Fabrication of Centre Cage of flocculator arms of MS angle size 90 x 90 x 8 MM Thick and 65 x 65 x 8 MM Thick, MS Plate 10 MM Thick as per site requirement with nut bolt etc.. The job including fixing of same as per site requirement in all respect.

Repairing of Flocculator Arms by replacement of damage angle by cutting with gas cutter & refixing of same size anlge with dully alignment & balancing etc. as required by job.

Repairing of Scrapper Arms by replacement of damage angle by cutting with gas cutter & refixing of same size anlge with dully alignment & balancing etc. as required by job.

Replacement of scrapper squeezes by replacement of rubber squeezes & nut bolt with new strip of size 50 x 6 mm.

Fabrication & Supply of Tie - Bolt.

Fixing of all fabricated items like centre cage, flocculator arms, scraper arm, pedal & scraper in proper way & also making proper balancing of arm with adjustable tie bolt etc as per site requirement.

Complete Painting with anti corrosive paint and primer of approved
