Repair and providing HVOF Coating on (1) one No. Linear and (2) one No. Nozzle of 50mm Air Release/Decompression valve of 3x40MW Bhaba HEP.Prior to start of work existing HVOF coating will have to be removed from the surface by process of sand blasting, under cut tip 10 mm thickness of liners and spares.After repair, spears should fit properly on needle stem of nozzle assembly.Remove all the pitting and damaged portion by undercut, grinding, and then deposition through build-up by specified electrodes (65410 NiMO of superior quality).Providing HVOF Coating of 300 µm (microns) on 01 no. Liner and 01 no. Spear Tips of 3x40MW Bhaba HEP. The HVOF system to be used should be capable of spraying Tungsten Carbide powder with following properties:Porosity less than 1%Bond strength of more than 10,000 psiSurface finish: Better than 6RaThe coating thickness shall be 300-350 microns (not less than 300 microns)Hardness of more than 1100 VHNThe bidder should use Tungsten Carbide Powder with -A typical composition of WC-86% Co-10% and Cr-4% by weight.
