The project encompasses all Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and allied works required to complete the facility in all respects as per the Engineer-in-Charge's directions. Civil and building works include the inlet channel, distribution chamber, distribution channel, inlet chamber, RCC jali, bypass channel, SS-304 railings, sedimentation tanks with RCC ramps and platforms, launders, outlet channels, and outlet chamber. Buildings include an office building with a laboratory, canteen, and control room, a DG set room, workshop and storage room, guest house, staff quarters , sanitary block, and a security gate with guard room. Site works include site clearance, earth filling, piling, grading, landscaping, campus development, approach and internal roads, fencing, internal drainage, plantation, and lighting. Mechanical works include manual screens (SS-316), sluice gates for inlet, bypass, and outlet channels (manually/electrically operated), adjustable weirs, steel platforms with ladders, decanting system with sluice valves, pipes and underdrainage valves for water transfer between tanks and sump, VT pumps with motors and delivery pipes, a monorail overhead crane, and associated workshop equipment. The potable water system includes bore pumps, Sintex tanks with auto ON/OFF flow controllers, and necessary pipes and valves. Electrical works include complete internal electrification, SCADA system with integration, and standby power arrangements to ensure uninterrupted operations. |

| 6 | Construction of WTPThe work includes Survey, Soil Testing, Design& Drawing, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and construction of 10 MLD Water Treatment Plant based on 22-hour operation, including all surveys such as topographical, geotechnical, and other required investigations, complete hydraulic, process, mechanical, electrical, ICA, structural, and architectural design, and obtaining statutory approvals with proper completion of all electrical, mechanical and civil works. The plant shall comprise an inlet chamber with mechanical/manual coarse and fine screens, aeration fountain/cascade, inlet channels with flow measurement arrangement (Parshall flume/magnetic flow meter), flash mixer, mixing channel, flocculator, clariflocculator and/or tube settlers with sludge draw-off, rapid sand gravity filters with complete backwash system including air blowers, wash water pumps, and backwash water tank, dirty wash water sump with recirculation pumps, sludge thickener with sludge pumps, centrifuge system housed in a centrifuge building with polymer preparation and dosing facilities, and recycling of recovered water to the headworks. The chemical treatment system shall include a chemical house, PAC or other coagulant storage and dosing arrangement, coagulant aid dosing (if required), and vacuum feed gas chlorination system with 100% standby, leak detection, and safety measures. The clear water system shall include a clear water reservoir/sump of specified capacity, pumping station with required number and capacity of pumps, motors, panels, starters, cables, and transformers, along with DG SET, complete internal electrification, SCADA & Its integration, and standby arrangements. Ancillary works include laboratory building with all specified lab equipment, administrative building, 08 Nos Staff quarter, sanitary block with water supply and drainage, campus roads, earth filling, piling, boundary wall etc and approach road, internal drainage, plantation and landscaping, fencing, lighting, and all other works required to complete the facility in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |

Over head tank above ground level with main components, based on IS- 3370 or liquid storage concrete in over head tank and foundation concrete as per specification in I.S. 2911. All Components of OHT will be casted in M-30 concrete with cement, coarse sand and approved stone grit as per I.S. 11682 and I.S. 456. Minimum depth of foundation below original ground level will be 2.0 M. Seismic effects and wind load should be taken into consideration as I.S. 1893 for earthquake resistance and I.S. 875 part-III for wind load on structure. The assumed bearing capacity of soil has been taken as 8 M.T. sqm. 1m wide Openwell Type RCC stair case from ground level to balcony. M.S. ladder made of 50 X 50 X 6 mm angle section and 20 mm plain M.S. bars (specification of M.S. should be as per IS 800-2007) with hand rails of 20 mm medium class G.I. pipes on both sides in three rows from balcony to top dome resting on an RCC platform (75 X 75 cm and 10 cm thick) projecting from top ring beam and one aluminium ladder inside the tank body ( from manhole in top dome to bottom dome). 1 m wide R.C.C. balcony around the tank at the junction point of vertical wall and conical wall. Proper R.C.C. railing and 20 mm dia medium class G.I. pipe (in 3 rows) on both sides of stair case, around the balcony at each landing from landing with top ring beam upto manhole on the top dome and at the periphery. |
