1	CIVIL WORKS
2	Construction of Sedimentation TankThe scope of work includes the Survey, Soil Testing, Design, Drawing, Supply, Construction, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Process Providing of a 14.40 MLD capacity Sedimentation Tank system and all associated ancillary works near Jawara Police Chawki, Agra Road, Etah, under the Jalesar Nagar Palika Reorganization Water Supply Scheme. The project encompasses all Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and allied works required to complete the facility in all respects as per the Engineer-in-Charge's directions. Civil and building works include the inlet channel, distribution chamber, distribution channel, inlet chamber, RCC jali, bypass channel, SS-304 railings, sedimentation tanks with RCC ramps and platforms, launders, outlet channels, and outlet chamber. Buildings include an office building with a laboratory, canteen, and control room, a DG set room, workshop and storage room, guest house, staff quarters , sanitary block, and a security gate with guard room. Site works include site clearance, earth filling, piling, grading, landscaping, campus development, approach and internal roads, fencing, internal drainage, plantation, and lighting. Mechanical works include manual screens (SS-316), sluice gates for inlet, bypass, and outlet channels (manually/electrically operated), adjustable weirs, steel platforms with ladders, decanting system with sluice valves, pipes and underdrainage valves for water transfer between tanks and sump, VT pumps with motors and delivery pipes, a monorail overhead crane, and associated workshop equipment. The potable water system includes bore pumps, Sintex tanks with auto ON/OFF flow controllers, and necessary pipes and valves. Electrical works include complete internal electrification, SCADA system with integration, and standby power arrangements to ensure uninterrupted operations.
3	Construction of CWR cum PumphouseThe scope of work include the survey, investigation, Soil Testing, Design and Drawing, Supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. provide by contractor all in accordance with all relevant IS code approved by engineer incharge as per condition of Bid Documents for construction of R.C.C M30 grade with cement OPC grade 43 & reinforcement steel bar required to construction of CWR cum pump house including meter room, panel room & scada room of following capacity :- 1250KL.Construction of a New CWR-cum-Pumping Station within the premises of the Sedimentation Tank Campus.
4	Construction of Break Pressure Tank (60 kl capacity)Survey,Design, Drawing & Supply of all materials,Labour T&P etc required for construction of specified capacity OHT (BPT) with specified staging as per following requirements:-Capacity -As Specified in Item No 1(i) to 1(xii)Grading of OHT (BPT) - M-35 GradeThe food grade epoxy coating of FOSROC / CIEBA GAIKI or reputated brand on the all inside surface area of water container after treatment of water tightness.Stair case - Seperate two column based RCC staircase and 1 m wide balcony with box type RCC structure at the entrance of the staircase to protect the entry of unwanted persons & locking arrangement with MS door.Railings - 20 mm dia G.I. 5	C.I. D/F pipe as per design criteria upto 1 m beyond the apron, IVC/Kirloskar sluice valve on inlet, out let & at wash out pipe, duck foot bend, puddle collers and bell mouths. 10 mm thick & 150 mm wide S S plate clamp for fixing of verticle pipes with RCC columns (minimum 2 clamps between ends of each pipe). It also includes bye pass arrangement of OHT. The velocity in the pipes shall not exceed 1.5 m/s.Flooring, Apron & Drain - 100 mm thick PCC of 1:2:4 & 100 mm thick CC of 1:1:2 with 6 mm thick glass strips not more than 1 sqm area upto 2 m from outer edge of the columns of OHT, drain of size 200 mm x 200 mm with 150 mm thick CC of 1:1:2 including necessary sluice valve chambers and pipe line required for proper drainage of rain water from the campus.Sluice valve chambers - 3 nos. of sluice valve chamber (minimum size 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 m or larger size as per requirements of site) of brick work with 200 mm thick RCC slab.Two coat apex painting over one coat primer of approved colour of asian / berger paints after fixing of RCC surface with grinder, repair of minor holes, unevenness etc. proper completion of work.Soil bearing capacity - Structure shall be design on the basis of bearing capacity of 8 tonne/sqm or minimum as per actual on the basis of test report of soil bearing capacity.Proposed OHT (BPT) of 60 KL, Staging 10.5 m.In the premises of the Sedimentation Tank campus near Jawara Police Chowki, Agra Road, Etah.
6	Construction of WTPThe work includes Survey, Soil Testing, Design& Drawing, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and construction of 10 MLD Water Treatment Plant based on 22-hour operation, including all surveys such as topographical, geotechnical, and other required investigations, complete hydraulic, process, mechanical, electrical, ICA, structural, and architectural design, and obtaining statutory approvals with proper completion of all electrical, mechanical and civil works. The plant shall comprise an inlet chamber with mechanical/manual coarse and fine screens, aeration fountain/cascade, inlet channels with flow measurement arrangement (Parshall flume/magnetic flow meter), flash mixer, mixing channel, flocculator, clariflocculator and/or tube settlers with sludge draw-off, rapid sand gravity filters with complete backwash system including air blowers, wash water pumps, and backwash water tank, dirty wash water sump with recirculation pumps, sludge thickener with sludge pumps, centrifuge system housed in a centrifuge building with polymer preparation and dosing facilities, and recycling of recovered water to the headworks. The chemical treatment system shall include a chemical house, PAC or other coagulant storage and dosing arrangement, coagulant aid dosing (if required), and vacuum feed gas chlorination system with 100% standby, leak detection, and safety measures. The clear water system shall include a clear water reservoir/sump of specified capacity, pumping station with required number and capacity of pumps, motors, panels, starters, cables, and transformers, along with DG SET, complete internal electrification, SCADA & Its integration, and standby arrangements. Ancillary works include laboratory building with all specified lab equipment, administrative building, 08 Nos Staff quarter, sanitary block with water supply and drainage, campus roads, earth filling, piling, boundary wall etc and approach road, internal drainage, plantation and landscaping, fencing, lighting, and all other works required to complete the facility in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Over head tank above ground level with main components, based on IS- 3370 or liquid storage concrete in over head tank and foundation concrete as per specification in I.S. 2911. All Components of OHT will be casted in M-30 concrete with cement, coarse sand and approved stone grit as per I.S. 11682 and I.S. 456. Minimum depth of foundation below original ground level will be 2.0 M. Seismic effects and wind load should be taken into consideration as I.S. 1893 for earthquake resistance and I.S. 875 part-III for wind load on structure. The assumed bearing capacity of soil has been taken as 8 M.T. sqm. 1m wide Openwell Type RCC stair case from ground level to balcony. M.S. ladder made of 50 X 50 X 6 mm angle section and 20 mm plain M.S. bars (specification of M.S. should be as per IS 800-2007) with hand rails of 20 mm medium class G.I. pipes on both sides in three rows from balcony to top dome resting on an RCC platform (75 X 75 cm and 10 cm thick) projecting from top ring beam and one aluminium ladder inside the tank body ( from manhole in top dome to bottom dome). 1 m wide R.C.C. balcony around the tank at the junction point of vertical wall and conical wall. Proper R.C.C. railing and 20 mm dia medium class G.I. pipe (in 3 rows) on both sides of stair case, around the balcony at each landing from landing with top ring beam upto manhole on the top dome and at the periphery.
136	The G.I. pipes will be supported on R.C.C. posts of 100 mm dia or on the posts made of 50 X 50 X 6 mm M.S. angle section, spaced at intervals not more than 1.5 m. Proper ventilator at top dome in circular shape of 1.2 m dia along with an R.C.C. cover of minimum 1.50 m dia and 7.5 cm thickness, pillar of ventilator should be minimum 50 cm dia.
