The STP shall also have flow meters installed at inlet, outlet and bypass, Level sensors, DO/PH/BOD/TSS Monitors in reactors,Inlet and outlet and other required instrumentations including IP based CCTV cameras installed at various location during construction and O&M period. The Cost also includes DG sets & its foundation, Electric Substation & its building, Transformers, Pumps and HT/LT/Control Panels, Laboratory, Store room, Admin Building, Meter Room, Campus Development (Construction of internal road, 1.85m high Boundary Wall works), Staff Quarter as per requirement & specification, external water supply (20 KL Tank including Pumping arrangement by Tube well/ Submersible Pump arrangement), Electrification & street light & sanitation work etc. all complete for STP & Co-treatment facility with providing 01 No. Cesspool Vehicle and other required buildings including toilet for labours and staff. STP Shall be based on SBR technology or any other proven technology. The effluent quality for agriculture use (PH-6.5 TO 8.3, SS-30 mg/l, Oil&Grease-10 mg/l, BOD-10mg/l) , COD-30 mg/l, Residual chlorine-nil , TKN-10mg/l, Nitrate N-10 mg/l, F.C.-230 MPN/100 ml, Dissolved P-5 mg/l (preferable 2 mg/l). Shall be maintained as per CPHEEO manuals. Latest NGT norms for effluent discharge shall be adhered. |
