| 4 | Periodic Lopping & Chuapping of Branches of different types of Trees like Mango, Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Semal, Eucalyprus, Popular etc. Falling in Curridor of the above 33KV Power Lines to Provide Minimum Clearance of about 8 Meter between the Trees & Conductors on both side of the Line with all due Care of Safety & Precautions to avoid any damage to nearby Buildings, Power Lines Passing Nearby, Crops, other Nearby Trees etc. The Work also includes removing, Eliminating & Cleaning the Line Sites after Lopping & Chopping of the Trees during the Period of 12 Months. |
| 5 | Fixing of Y type cross arm, MS channel of guarding wire and E-clamping of tubular pole with MS clamps of suitable sizes at suitable distance so that proper clearance may be maintained as per direction of supervising engineer. Materials provided by department free of cost as per requirement. Labour and T&P provided by the contractor at his own cost. |
| 6 | Stringing and re-sagging of Guard wire of Link Road crossing, NHI crossing, 11 kV line crossing and LT line crossing with proper clearance from ground level to conductor and line to line. Work supervising by Assistant/Junior Engineer. |
| 7 | Providing and fixing of new 33KV Pin Insulator complete with Gl Pin. Nut & Bolts in place of damaged one as per Requirement. |
| 8 | Providing and fixing of new PG Clamp with (Dog to Dog & weisel to weisel) Nut & Bolt in place of damaged one as per Requirement. |
| 9 | Tightening of Jumper/ Clamp including Replacement of Damaged Nut-Bolts & Washers, if any by new ones to be Provided by the Department Free of Cost as per Requirement. |
| 10 | Replacement of Damaged Jumper by new One whenever Snapping Occurs. The Location of Snapped Jumper will be Informed by the Supervising Engineer. |
| 11 | Attending Break Down of Snapped Conductor due to Damage of Conductor/Tension Insulator String, whenever Snapping Occurs. The Location of Snapped Jumper will be Informed by the Supervising Engineer. |
