The following are the particulars of minor deviations from the requirements of the Tender Document: Sr. No Clause Deviations Price adjustment for each deviation/s Note : 1. The Tenderer shall indicate price adjustment against each deviation in Appendix-3A of BOQ. This price is the price which the tenderer shall reduce from this tender price if deviation(s) is/are accepted by the Employer. 2. Where there is no deviation, the statement should be returned duly signed with an endorsement indicating ‘No Deviations’. In case, Performa of deviations is not submitted or submitted as blank, it will be construed that the tenderer has not proposed any deviations from tender documents. 3. If the tenderer proposes deviations in tender documents, and/or any other terms and conditions of the tender, other than in this Appendix, it will have no effect. | 4 | The bill Quantities shall be read in conjunction with Notice Inviting Tenders, Instructions to tenderers, General and Special Conditions of Contract, Employers Requirements & Technical Specifications, and other relevant documents |
| 5 | The BOQ consists of Schedule-A and Schedule-B. The rates and prices to be tendered in the unit Priced Bill of Quantities are for completed and finished items of works and complete in all respect. It will be deemed to include Duties, Taxes, Octroi, Royalty etc., cost of all plants, labour, supervision, materials, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, utility identification, contractor’s profit and establishment/ overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contracts. For taxes and duties refer clause C2.4 & C2.5 of ITT & clause 9 of SCC. |
| 6 | Tenderers shall quote their offer in Indian Rupees (₹) only. Tenderers are required to quote percentage (%) (Excess/Less) in figures in the appropriate highlighted cells in Excel sheet namely 'BoQ1' against given schedules. |
| 7 | Bill of Quantities comprises of items/works to be executed as per Employer’s Requirements. |
| 8 | If the tenderer fails to quote percentage against BOQ item, the tender may be treated as incomplete and non- responsive and shall be rejected. |
| 9 | Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetical errors in computation or summation as per contract conditions. |
| 10 | The Financial Proposal (as per BOQ) shall be uploaded online on the website http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app. The rates/ percentages shall be quoted in the excel file provided in the bid documents. The tenderer shall download the excel file and quote percentage in figures against BOQ amount in the appropriate highlighted cells in Excel sheet namely \\"BoQ1\\". After quoting their rates the excel file shall be uploaded accordingly. The rates shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/ tender submission. |
