| 2 | Dismantling of old pump set after disconnecting from suction and delivery pipeline, decoupling with motor, removing of electric connections from motor i/c taking out old pump from existing system etc., closing of suction & delivery line with the help of suitable size dead flange. |
| 3 | Dismantling and taking out M S Base frame from CC foundation after cutting of nut bolts, Breaking the Damaged RCC foundation of the old pump set by the help of concrete breaker and labour. Also taking out Malba from the pump house by manual labour & dumping the same as per directions. |
| 4 | Providing & making of Safety arrangement like safety Helmet, Gum Boots, Hand Gloves, Safety Belts, Safety shoes, First Aid Box, Caution Tape, Barrier Cone, Torch, etc arranged by the firm at site of work for safe working as per site requirement |
| 5 | Making a RCC foundation of new Pump Set of material Ratio 1:1.5:3 (cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregates) concrete with foundation/rag bolts as per site requirement. Providing & fixing of M.S base frame of suitable size with nut bolt & washer etc for pump sets as per site requirement. |
| 6 | Providing & fixing of Suitable size coupling for pump set with Suitable size coupling guard & fixing with nut bolt & washer etc as per site requirement. |
| 7 | Fixing of new pump set in the system by bolting in MS base frame in RCC foundation, coupling with Existing motor including minor civil work required for leveling of pump-motor with suction and delivery line. Installation/fixing of sluice Valves, NRVs, etc and making All electrical connections of motor with suitable size lugs, nut bolt & washer etc as per site requirement |
| 8 | Providing and fixing of suitable size MS Gap piece, flange, Suitable size reducer, nut bolts, rubber packing etc and Making suction & delivery connections with pump set with the help of suitable size MS Gap piece, flange, Suitable size reducer, nut bolts, rubber packing etc as per site Requirement by using Gas cutter, welding set, manual labour etc. |
