PART -A : Solid Waste Collection Item No. 1 : Providing service for door to door collection of solid waste in Talasari Nagar Panchayat area in wet & dry condition , segregation at source, collection of garbage and debris from various location, transportation up to dumping ground as specified by Nagar Panchayat Authority including providing required vahicle with GPS systems, cleaning and maintaining waste container of 120 litre (Minimum 15 up no per ward always in good & working condition ) & 2 compactor bins per ward having 1.00 cum capacity including all materials and as directed by Water Supply & Sanitation Engineer (Add) in charge and Chief Officer. All work should be done according to the provisional of MSWM Rule 2016 including pick up van/tractor/ dumper for the period of 365 days. Note : Municipal Solid Waste including the solid waste generated from any establishment within the city such as a house hold street,hotel,shop, office ,public places such as marriage hall & other entertainment establishment ,hospitals (Except Bio- Medical waste )etc. - Each waste container compactor bin must be cleaned once a day. Horticulture and construction or demolition waste or debries should be collection separately and transportation to specified site as directed -Waste shall be collected at apre decided time, in stead of indiscriminately throwing it on street or drainage causing polution, segregation must be done at source (wet & dry ) Biodegradable waste, paper ,plastic etc. from household should be collection seperately. -For collection & sorting the waste all required equipments should be provided. Nagar Panchayat will establish adequate primary collection points.Collection of solid waste from these point must be on regulare pre-informed timing and scheduling by using bell ringing of vehicals (without exceeding permissible noise level.) -Devising collection of waste from slums area or localities including hotels, restaurents, office complex and Commercial areas.Waste from fish and meat market,fruit and vegetable markets which are Bio degradable in nature shall be transported separately. Waste ( Garbage,Dry Leaves ) should not be burnt. -Waste containers should be ensure regular emtying so that street should not littered. GPS or GPRS systems shall be installed on each vehicle with necessary software which will be installed in Nagar Panchayat office for regular monitoring. The expenditure on these activities willl be deducted from the contractor's bill and will be paid to service provider of this facility. -Payment of collection and transportation of solid waste management will be done according to the reports generated through GPS / GPRS system only.Any manupulation to this online systems will not be accepted -Compactor bins and waste container should be degined for easy to oprate considering the handling, transfer and transportation of waste. - All Vehicles should be closed and covered. It is always obligatory to ensure sufficient capacities of vehicles for waste collection and transportation to dumping ground considering sufficient buffer capacities and equipments on stock taking of the most frequently needed spare parts.

Item no 2:-Providing Constructed MSW Processing Plant Facility of 7 TPD on rental basis per year with all required well constructed facilities with required land 651.13 Sqm size as per DPR -Tipping Pad,Store shed,Internal Road,Process shed,Windrows Compost pads of required size,Leachate tank of reqd capacity & RCC process reject platform, with 10 T Capacity Weigh Bridge with water supply & electric supply all required processing plant equipment & machinery required installed for composting of 60.34% Wet Waste such as shredder,mixer,Trommel screens of all sizes with conveyor belts system,Compost packing and storing at suitable place,Providing JCB for moving process rejects to Reject Platform Also providing equipments for processing of 28.21 % dry waste, as per category of wasteincluding screening,sorting ,packing and baling,storing bales at suitable places,including providing manpower of 2 labour,1 processing plant operator & 1 security guard as contract labour.
