Maintenance, Sweeping and cleaning of all lawns/vacant areas/hedge/plants, trees and all Gazobos, Footpaths, Nursery and also maitaining and cleaning water bodies and fountains of Children Park, Rajeev Gandhi Park, Maharana Pratap Park, Jhnadewala Park, Yuvrani Mahendra Kumari Park, Chaudhary Charan singh Park, New Park-I and New Park-II including there cutting, watering, cleaning ,stacking of all unusable material & transporting to manure preparation pit. watering & debedding of all the plants, lawn in above parks is to be done by contractor. Cleaning of all the toilets/ urinals in parks/ area mentioned above is to be done regular with harpic, surf etc. phenole and nepthline balls are to be provided to keep the facilities fresh and clean. if any plant dies during te period of maintinance then contractor has be replace at his own cost. complete work includes all necessary T&P .
