Fixed charged for supplying Staff/inspection vehicles for one day with driver incl. his salery,boarding and lodging expences,providing uniform,providing mobile phone,all taxes repairs and maintenance of vehicles, insurance, overheads and all other incidental expenditure,etc. for 12 hrs duty per day excluding cost of diesel.

Extra charges for extra hours for each hour beyound 12 hrs/ day, not exceeding 16 hrs a day excluding cost of diesel.

Extra charges for night hault at the place other than the Headquarter of the vehicle engaged.
