The tubular structure system with plate connectors, pinion joints, etc. is to be provided. The structure has to be provided as per conceptual drawings of Tensile fabric profile, including all arch beam, curved lateral beams and bracings, vertical support columns, nodal joints, bases of columns and high tensile bolts of grade not less than 10.9 having black phosphate coating. The complete structure to be painted with one coat Epoxy primer, one coat of Epoxy Intermediate MIO and one coat of Polyurethane paint on steel work at all locations. | 8 | Providing and fixing in position 4mm thick Aluminium Composite panels in column/wall cladding, closure in roof, masonry and ceiling openings, canopy and other similar ceiling locations of approved make conforming to ASTM standard and manufacturer’s specifications comprising polyethylene core sandwiched between two skins of 0.5mm thick special alloyed aluminium sheet to have overall thickness of 4mm with exterior coating of PVDF paint. Fixing of surface cladding to masonry/ concrete faces/steel structures as called for, including appropriate and adequate frame work of aluminium tubular sections 50x25x3mm and 25x38x3mm to fix the composite panel to the frame, straight/slope and curvilinear profile and shapes including all accessories and all incidental work at all heights. The cladding shall be done in accordance with the drawings and as per the directions of EIC to line and level. The joints shall be properly sealed with approved silicon sealant (Dow corning DC 791 or Sika Elastoll 305 or approved equivalent) to make the joints water tight and weather proof including fixing over aluminium frame using mechanical fasteners such as aluminium cleats and stainless steel fasteners. Specially designed frame work with vertical and horizontal members of extruded aluminium sections which shall be made of alloy 6063 T6, as approved by Engineer in Charge. The work shall be complete as per the specifications and directions of Engineer in Charge. All labour and material complete. |
| 9 | Providing Dry lean cement concrete Sub-base (Construction of lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared surface using coarse aggregate conforming to IS: 383, with the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm. The aggregate- cement ratio should not exceed 15:1, and the aggregate gradation after blending should be as per Table 600-1. Cement content should not be less than 150 kg/cum, and optimum moisture content should be determined during trial length construction. Concrete strength should not be less than 10 MPa at 7 days. The concrete should be mixed in a batching plant, transported to the site, laid with a paver equipped with an electronic sensor, compacted with an 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finished, and cured). All labour and material complete. |
| 10 | Providing Cement concrete pavement (Construction of unreinforced, dowel- jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub-base using 43-grade cement at 400 kg per cum. Coarse and fine aggregate should conform to IS: 383, with the maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm. The concrete should be mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per the approved mix design, transported to the site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted, and finished in a continuous operation, including provision of contraction, expansion, construction, and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, including dowel bars, tie-rods as per IS standards, approved admixtures, curing compound, and finishing to lines and grades as per the drawing).
