5HP LT Cubical type electrical Panel board Floor/Wall Mounted of welded construction of size 1370mm x 760mm x 460mm fabricated with 16 SWG M.S. sheet with horizontal and vertical intermediate chamber of suitable size on suitable size insulating board to make the Panel Robust, having double door with 14 SWG S.S hinges along with double locking arrangement with arrangement for mounting of switch gear and electrical energy meter i/c powder coating, Vermin proof. Make: -All the insert used in Panel must be of DJB approved makes and should be ISI marked where make of that equipment is not approved.

Procurement of Double flanged G.I. pipe of 80mm dia. medium class each of 3mtr long duly threaded on both ends welded and fitted with G.I. flanged on both ends having 02 nos. slot for submersible cable on each flanged end. Also, the pipe must have 03 nos. L-type MS bracket duly welded to pipe and flanged on each end. Make – Jindal/TATA

Fabrication and supply of tail pieces of the medium class G.I. pipe 500 mm long with one end threaded as per outlet of pump & another end flanged as per size of G.I. pipe of following sizes. 80 mm dia.

Fabrication and supply of G.I. 90º bend having flange at both ends (Heavy duty). Of following sizes:- 80 mm dia.

Fabrication and Supply of M.S. clamp of 600 mm length duly fabricated from 12.5 mm thick 75 mm wide M.S. plate for holding the pipe of following sizes:- 80 mm dia.

Supply ofneoprene rubber packing as per site required 50% Neoprene (1.5mm to 25mm).

Supply of MS full threaded Nut bolts off sizes. Make A-One/DJB approved make.

Supply of Rubber mats for electrical purpose as per IS: 5424 /1969, black, red, blue plain chequered of following thickness of: - (1m x 2 m) 19 mm thickness.
