| 1 | Attending of complaint by covering the following items of work :-(a) Cleaning and clearing of blocked IWCs and EWCs to sewage line upto 1st manholes by rodding or any other suitable method and taking out the muck, mud and other debris from WCs and the sewage line cleaning with fresh water & removing the debris upto a distance exceeding 200M and not exceeding 250M and covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(b) Cleaning and clearing of blocked chocked floor trap in kitchen and bathrooms including gully trap, the waste water line connection etc by rodding or by any other suitable method and taking out the debris to a distance exceeding 200m & not exceeding 250m and covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick and drain out the floors taps, gully traps waste pipe and soil pipe with fresh water etc complete all as specified and as directed.Note:-(i) Adequate number of workmen shall be deployed as and when complain received for immediate execution. If any complaint not attend by the contractor within a day then a sum of Rs. 50.00 will be recovered against per complain per day from the contractor.(ii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to including the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety devices etc(iii) Proper records (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and attendance register of trademen shall be maintained and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill. |
| 2 | Taking out liquid/solid content from manhole/ sump/ septic tank of any size any depth by super succer machine or high pressure pump, cleaning throughly including disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Cantt Area and covering with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | M&L for cleaning of Sewage line of 100mm bore from gully traps, grease traps etc. upto 1.5 m deep by removing all filtn/silt, foreign materials and other deposits whatsoever completely and making the line free from all obstacles and testing the flow of sewer line evenly, smoothly by filling water. The cleaning operation will be carried out in suitable lengths by blocking the first and last manholes of sewage line and removing the silt/sludge & other deposits out side of MD land in covered van/trolley, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | All as per serial item No -3 above but sewage line of 150 mm bore and depth of sewage line upto 1.50 m complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | All as per serial item No -3 above but sewage line of 150 mm bore and depth of sewage line exc1.50 m and n exc 3.00 m complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | All as per serial item No -3 here-in-before but sewage line of 200 mm to 250 mm bore and depth of sewage line exc 1.5m and n exc 3.00 m complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | All as per serial item No -3 here-in-before but sewage line of 200 mm to 250 mm bore and depth of sewage line exc 3.00m and n exc 4.50 m complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L for cleaning of manholes depth upto 1.5 mtr by removing all silt, sludge, any other materials making clean and flushing with water complete incuding removal of spoils out side MD land and taken out cover slab and reset in the same position after cleaning and testing all as specified and directed. cleaning shall be done either manually or mechanically as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 9 | All as per serial item No 8 above but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exc 3 m deep complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | All as per serial item No 8 above but depth exceeding 3.00 m and not exc 4.5 m deep complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks welll burnt straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. |
