| 47 | Note for ser No 1 to 5:- (i) Contractor's supervisor will report on all working days alongwith two safaiwala and printed contractor's firm name complaint slip book at 8:30 hrs at BR-I receive complaints for blockage and to submit completion report on the same day by 1700 hrs.(ii) Printed complaint slip book area wise as per format approved by Engineer-in-charge shall be provided and maintained by the contractor. (iii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to incl the cost of T&P, equipment, safety device etc alongwith sufficinet labour to full fill the requirment to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge(iv) If there is any major blockage in sewer line/septic tank for which additional Safaiwalas and special T&P as required the same shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. therefore contractor is adivsed to visit the site before quoting the rates in tender.
