Out sourcing the work of running and maintenance of Rock- garden at Talwara Township as per scope of work as under:-1.) Watch & ward of rock –garden & allied areas.2.) Upkeep of open areas, parks, paths clearance of wild growth/bushes/congress grass, hedges cutting and its disposal to proper place.3.) Maintenance of fencing, maintenance of work/ path ways & water bodies etc.4.) Maintenance & cleanliness of lavatories/ urinals including removal of garbage from bins & its disposal. The PVC dust shall also been arranged by the contractor at proper locations.5.) Cleanliness of Drift Wood Room, sculpture & models etc.6.) Maintenance & cleanliness of view point, shacks, cafeteria (canteen )& parking areas.7.) Maintenance & painting of jhullas (swings) in Children park.8.) White washing, snowcem, varnish wherever already provided in the Rock – garden will have to be maintained in good condition during the period of contractor. (once in a year ).9.) Maintenance of monoblock pumps & electric motors installed by the deptt.10.) Replacement of CFL tubes, switches etc. in lavatories, shacks only.11.) Seasonal plants and seeds shall be arranged by the contactor.12.) Providing gamlas with flower and plants at suitable places along with maintenance of existing flower beds and plants.13.) Overall cleanliness and watch & ward in the Rock – Garden area will be done by the contractor in three shifts.
